AET Flexible Space, manufacturer of the world's No. 1 underfloor air conditioning system is on track to expand their presence in Asia after signing a new distributor agreement with Indonesian engineering and contracting company, PT Prima Solusi Jayantara. Prima Solusi Jayantara is a long established local company with over 12 years' experience supplying and working with Chiller Control Systems, Air Conditioning and Power Supply Systems.
According to research reports, Indonesia is in a high growth region for HVACR, primarily driven by growth in the construction sector, and leading players are tapping into this growth by offering cost effective and more energy efficient products. By using the plenum beneath a raised access floor to distribute conditioned air, instead of creating a secondary ceiling void, underfloor air conditioning has proved to be an excellent alternative to ceiling based systems, offering a number of application benefits during the design phase, due to reduced ductwork and materials, as well as operational benefits over the building’s life span, due to the system’s inherent flexibility and ability to change.
