This Mega Project became a new landmark of Hong Kong in 2008. A Mixed Use Development with a total of 131 floors in two Towers comprising a Transport Terminal, Luxury Hotel, Convention Centre, Retail Facilities and 17 Floors of Grade A Offices. UFAC features throughout the 17 office floors totalling 34,000m2. AET Flexible Space Hong Kong designed, supplied and installed the complete AET Flexible Space UFAC system, Nesite Raised Access Floor System and Electropatent Cable Management System. Since 2011, Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department certified the Office Areas to have "Excellent" Class of Indoor Air Quality.
